Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on release testing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
