Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Quill Legal Group is a law firm in Boise serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
