Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Drift Farms and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Boise. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on packing house output. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
