Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
