Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boise, ID)

Nova Ember Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Boise with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate trends in pricing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
