Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Boise, ID)

Summit Bright Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Boise caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
