Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Baltimore with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on collection routes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
