Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Harbor Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Austin presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Austin. What you will do • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on exhibitions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
