Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Logistics is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
