Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline River Water Authority Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 886 people based in Austin. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on water quality. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
