Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Pine Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Austin and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter reading. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
