Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Summit Insurance is an insurance company in Atlanta with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on underwriting files.
