Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Fern Energy Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
