Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Quarry Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Albuquerque area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
