Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Loom Staffing places workers with employers around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
