Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Beacon Community Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
