Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Community Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
