Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
