Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lantern Medical and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
