Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Tulsa with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
