Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Staffing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 228 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
