Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Junction Property Management and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
