Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Maple Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory filings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
