Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in case files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on constituent requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
