Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Bright Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
