Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Arts Center Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
