Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Hollow Farms is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
