Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Collective serves customers across Tucson with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
