Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services is a regional lender in Tucson with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 671 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on fraud alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
