Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Harbor Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
