Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
