Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Toledo producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
