Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pine Water Authority Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
