Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Haven Property Management is a Seattle property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
