Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bright Pharma and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
