Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Ridge Learning Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 385 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on attendance records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
