Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Pike Medical designs and makes medical devices in Seattle, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
