Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Ivory Hospitality is a hospitality company in Seattle with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
