Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Vale Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
