Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Savannah, GA)

Nova River Property Management Group is a Savannah property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
