Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quill Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
