Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Rivermark Field Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical evaluations.
