Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cedar Inspection Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on equipment calibration. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
