Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Keystone Care Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
