Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Vista Water Authority is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in water quality and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on treatment plant data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
