Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Forge Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it.
