Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Forge Civic Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in case files and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on constituent requests. • Python or R for analysis.
