Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Clear Farms Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
