Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Willow Medical Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
