Senior Data Analyst - operations reporting (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Ridge Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
